El Campo Museum
El Campo Museum is in the Civic Center Bldg. at 2350 N. Mechanic St. More than 100 big-game trophies from five continents are displayed. The Texas and Waterfowl exhibits feature animals indigenous to the area. Five audiovisual stations and a children's learning area contain hands-on exhibits. McNamara House Museum

Museum of the Coastal Bend
Exhibits showcase the heritage of the mid-coastal region of Texas. Photographs and cannons from Fort St. Louis are highlights. Riverside Park
Riverside Park is at the end of W. Stayton Ave. The park encompasses 512 acres of woodland and gardens bordered by the Guadalupe River. Recreational activities include fishing and picnicking; hiking and walking trails, ball fields and golf are offered. A rose garden and a duck pond also are on the grounds.
